If passengers are legally insured , have at least care level 3 and have an exemption card , the travel costs will be fully covered by the health insurance company.

The prerequisite for this is a doctor’s order for medical transport.

Co-payment : For insured persons without exemption, a statutory co-payment of between

5 and 10 € per trip.

Note: If you have a care level of 1 or 2 or no care level, the trip must be approved in advance by your health insurance provider.

Privately insured people: They pay the costs themselves and can claim them back from their health insurance company.

We operate throughout the Rhine-Main area , including Frankfurt am Main , Wiesbaden , Mainz , Darmstadt , and surrounding cities . Other routes are available upon request.

Yes , our service is available to people with all care levels (1–5) . Health insurance will cover the costs with a doctor's prescription and appropriate approval.

2. Medical prescription & approval – If necessary, we require a prescription for medical transport and, if necessary, approval from the health insurance company.

3. Punctual pickup – Our driver will pick you up at your address at the agreed time and assist you with boarding.

4. Safe & comfortable journey – We reliably take you to your destination (doctor, hospital, rehab, etc.).

5. Return trip (if desired) – If you wish, we can pick you up again after your appointment.

6. Direct billing – We handle all the processing with your health insurance company, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
